Scattered Herd

The goats were a scattered pack, or herd, driven from their lands many moons before baseball. We didn’t know where they were, but they seemed to search, spreading their wisdom and culture as they went. Wolves made them nomads, most say, but others believed it was something else that sent them aimlessly traipsing around the world. The goats who spoke didn’t speak of it, or their homeland.

Goats were rare, and if you had one for a friend you were a lucky individual. I liked them. You can learn more about them here.
