Rivals with the Oval club, the Triangle club dogs were primarily butchers. Livestock of all kinds were kept around their clubhouse. They made pizza, as all the clubs did, but they were best known throughout the lands for their sausages, best described as lightly spiced Italian, but sweet like a Kielbasa.
Their pizzas were probably underrated because they received so much praise for these sausages. A pizza with Triangle Club sausage could give Oval pizza, the town favorite, a run. Once, at a celebration, Oval pizza was served with Triangle sausage on top. A more toothsome treat I can’t imagine. They’d go together like dogs and baseball.
